Terms of Service

1. What Barwazi is
Barwazi lets photographers turn printed photos into "living photos" — a guest scans a printed photo with their phone camera and a paired video plays over it. You (the photographer) capture and upload the photos and videos; we handle turning them into a scannable gallery guests can access via a link or QR code, with no app or account required on the guest's side.
2. Accounts
You need an account to create galleries. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to sign up.
3. Pricing and payment
Galleries are paid per event, not by subscription: each gallery is a one-time payment that includes a set number of living photos. Photos beyond that number are billed separately, per photo, at the rate shown in your dashboard at the time. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for galleries created after a price change — a gallery you've already paid for keeps the terms it was purchased under.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that directly and securely.
Refunds: if a gallery fails to work as described through no fault of your own, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll make it right. Outside of that, payments are generally final once a gallery has been created and used.
4. Your content
You own the photos and videos you upload. By uploading them, you give us the right to store, process, and serve them back to you and your guests, solely to provide the service — we don't use your content for anything else, and we don't claim ownership of it.
You're responsible for having the right to use and share whatever you upload, including consent from anyone photographed where that's required. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to, or anything illegal, harmful, or infringing.
5. Guest access
Anyone with a gallery's link or QR code can view it — links aren't password-protected by default. Treat your gallery link the way you'd treat any other unlisted link: only share it with people you want to have access.
6. Service availability
Barwazi is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or third-party services we depend on (payment processing, hosting, storage).
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Barwazi at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us — we'll confirm what's being removed and how long it takes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know before they take effect.
